Order Cancellation Policy

We offer both UK stock items and products specially sourced from the United States.

Product availability is clearly indicated at checkout.

UK Stock Items

Orders for products held in UK stock may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at sundaystatesgirl@gmail.com.

Once an order has been dispatched, our Returns & Refunds Policy will apply.

Special Order / USA-Sourced Items

Certain products are specially sourced from the United States after an order is placed.

By purchasing these items, you acknowledge that we begin sourcing and processing your order shortly after payment is received.

Cancellation requests for USA-sourced items may only be accepted before sourcing has commenced. Once sourcing, purchasing, import processing, or fulfilment activities have begun, cancellation requests may be refused.

Incorrect Orders

Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details, product selections, and delivery information are correct before completing their purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Products

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. If a product arrives damaged, faulty, unsafe, or not as described, please contact us immediately and we will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
